The Centre will provide training for 500 persons during the first two years of the project and after that, the facility will be handed over to the Government of Guyana. The work for the Centre was started in July 2017 with the visit of a team of two experts from CDAC and the MEA to Guyana and the Centre started becoming operational from 1st April 2019.
